READY PAC ANNOUNCES THE PROMOTION OF
MICHAEL SOLOMON TO PRESIDENT

Irwindale, Calif., (October 12, 2007) - Ready Pac is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Solomon to President and Chief Operating Officer reporting directly to Founder and Chief Executive Officer Dennis Gertmenian.

"Michael’s track record is outstanding," said Dennis Gertmenian. "For almost a year as Chief Operations Officer, he has been instrumental in working with our management team to help Ready Pac streamline business operations and sustain profitability."

As a proven team leader, Solomon will continue to directly oversee the daily operations of Ready Pac to assure the standard of service and product quality that our customers and consumers expect.

Gertmenian, as Chief Executive Officer, will remain highly involved with all aspects of the business focusing especially on customer-centric initiatives and seeking new growth opportunities for Ready Pac Foods.

Prior to joining Ready Pac, Solomon has compiled an impressive résumé of over 30 years in the business world working for such companies as Richardson Vicks, Frito Lay, and International Playtex. During his career he has led a number of well-known businesses as President including Max Factor Cosmetics, Mann’s Movie Theatres and Il Fornaio Restaurants. He received his MBA from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania.
