Prepare the pork according to directions on package. Let cool and cube. Divide salad
on 6 plates and garnish with red and yellow peppers and tomatoes. Place
4 oz. of cubed pork loin on top of salad. Dress with ranch dressing and sprinkle with
Parmesan cheese. Enjoy with fresh ground black pepper.
