Pesto Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz.)pkg. Ready Pac Foods® Caesar Romaine
  • 1 (1 1/2- to 2lbs) purchased rotisserie chicken
  • 2 Tbsp refrigerated prepared pesto sauce
  • 1 3/4 cups diced tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup broken, garlic-flavored bagel chips
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Caesar salad dressing, to taste

Procedure

In large salad bowl, place Ready Pac Foods® Caesar Romaine; set aside. Remove skin, debone and shred chicken. Place chicken in zip top bag with pesto sauce. Close bag tightly; massage until chicken is coated with pesto. Add chicken and remaining ingredients to salad. Serve immediately.
