We start with the freshest ingredients and keep the product properly chilled while we process it with state-of-the-art cutting, washing and drying technology, then package our product in formats that allow all ingredients to maintain maximum freshness.

Our studies indicate that our unopened salads and vegetables will last until the “use by” date when maintained at 34° to 38° Fahrenheit. Unopened salad bags will last until the “Use By” date when maintained at 34° to 40° Fahrenheit. Our bowl salads contain a topper tray that separates the dressing, dairy and protein ingredients from the lettuce, ensuring maximum freshness.

Ideally, all of our fresh-cut fruit items will be consumed in a single-sitting. Keeping the remaining product in its re-sealable container will suffice. We recommend that the product not be kept longer than 2 days after opening.

Our process includes thoroughly washing, resulting in a ready-to-eat product. It is not necessary to wash the salad, vegetables or fruit again before you consume it.

There are no preservatives used in our produce to maintain freshness. We have proprietary technologies that are all natural with no preservatives. Components in our snacks and salads like dips, dressings and other non-produce ingredients may contain preservatives used to maintain quality.

Nutritional and ingredient information for our products can be found at www.readypac.com.
