Chief Procurement Officer and Global Lead for Transformation
Scott Wilkerson is the Chief Procurement Officer and Global Lead for Transformation for Bonduelle Fresh Americas, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bonduelle and home of the Ready Pac Foods and Bonduelle brands. The business unit focuses on fresh vegetables, salads and fresh meal solutions for the Americas.
Scott joined Bonduelle Fresh Americas in 2017 and is responsible for leading strategic supplier management, sourcing and procurement. He also leads Bonduelle Fresh Americas program for Transformation Management, which is core to the company’s ability to drive breakthrough efficiency and productivity. He has also been asked to lead the Transformation Management program for the Bonduelle Group across all global business units and functions.
Scott has more than 20 years of experience in driving supplier-enabled innovation, quality and efficiency, and responsible sourcing.
Prior to Bonduelle Fresh Americas, Scott was the vice president of enterprise sourcing at McKesson, where he helped launch a new framework for strategic sourcing and supplier management and delivered over $100 million in savings. At The Clorox Company, Scott led strategic sourcing for more than a $1 billion spend, and led programs for supplier innovation, responsible sourcing and commodity risk management.
Scott is a recognized thought leader in the space, receiving the Supply and Demand Chain Executive Magazine “Pro to Know” award and Procurement Leaders global finalist for Procurement Leader of the Year.
Scott has a bachelor’s degree in Rhetoric (pre-law) from the University of California, Berkeley. He has completed the Executive Leadership Program with The Wharton School as well as the supply chain leadership program with the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Scott was board vice president for Family Support Services of the Bay Area, a leading non-profit organization focused on helping families care for at-risk children. He currently lives in Danville, Calif. with his wife, Peggy, and their two children, Jack and Elyse. He enjoys cycling, snow skiing, the great outdoors and myriad academic pursuits in his spare time.
