Chief Human Resources Officer
Tim Clark is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Bonduelle Fresh Americas, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bonduelle and home of the Ready Pac Foods brand. The business unit focuses on fresh vegetables, salads and fresh meal solutions for the Americas.
Tim joined Bonduelle Fresh Americas in 2014 with more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience across a variety of industries. He is a true business partner for the organization, leading a comprehensive, high-performing business function capable of making significant contributions to the company’s financial performance and growth objectives. This includes managing all matters involved in attracting, developing and retaining BFA employees. He is also responsible for both the Corporate Communications and Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) organizations.
Prior to Bonduelle Fresh Americas, Tim was the head of Human Resources for Red Digital Cinema Camera Company, where he created the HR function within a new, dynamic technology organization. He developed and implemented plans and processes for all HR activities, including talent acquisition, compensation planning and benefits design.
He spent several years in the financial-services industry in leadership roles including senior vice president of Human Resources for New Century Financial Corporation and then ResMAE Mortgage Corporation, and as vice president of Human Resources for Fremont Investment and Loan. In these roles, Tim increased the value of the HR function by upgrading the team, implementing HR systems and tools and designing talent-management processes across the businesses.
Prior to his work in financial services, Tim spent more than 10 years at The Pepsi Bottling Group in roles of increasing responsibility within the Human Resources organization, ultimately serving as Human Resources director for five years supporting the Southern California business unit.
Tim has a bachelor’s degree in management with an emphasis on human resources from Purdue University. He currently lives in Orange County, Calif., with his wife, Nancy, and their four children, Patrick, Brendan, Ryley and Delaney. Tim enjoys golfing, spending time outdoors and supporting his hometown Chicago sports teams.
