Combine mayonnaise, mustard, pepper, thyme and salt. Set aside and let stand. Meanwhile, place salad greens from the salad kit in a large salad bowl. Drizzle with dressing from the salad kit and toss well. Combine with frosted almonds, cranberries and feta from the salad kit. Set aside. Microwave 2-3 tortillas at a time between 2 damp paper towels, 15-20 seconds, or until heated through. Keep warm. Lay the tortillas on a wooden surface. Spread each tortilla with about 1 tablespoon of the mayonnaise mixture, leaving a 1-inch border. Layer each wrap with 2 slices of provolone and 2 slices of turkey or ham, or 1 slice of each. Top each with about 1 cup of the salad mixture. Add equal portions of onion. Fold in 1 inch on 2 opposite sides of each wrap, then roll up tightly, burrito style, from the bottom up. Wrap each tightly in waxed paper or plastic wrap. Slice in half or in 2-inch pieces on a bias.
