Ingredients

  • 1 bag Ready Pac Foods® Spring Mix or your favorite Ready Pac Foods® Salad Blend
  • 3 (6-8-oz) fresh salmon steaks or fillets
  • 1/4 cup white or cappellini beans
  • 1/3 cup naturally fresh Italian herb vinaigrette

Procedure

Barbecue or grill salmon steaks until cooked through. Arrange salad greens on three dinner-sized plates. Top with warm or cool salmon. Garnish with orange slices and drizzle with salad dressing.
