Burgundy Wine London Broil with Sautéed Mushrooms and Onions


  • 2 lbs. London broil
  • 1 cup bottled burgundy wine sauce
  • 1 Tbsp whole red and green peppercorns
  • 1 (12-oz.)pkg fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. prepared minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 (7-oz.)pkg Ready Pac® Diced Red Onions
  • chopped parsley


Broil or grill London broil to desired doneness. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Meanwhile, heat burgundy wine sauce with peppercorns until heated; set aside. Sauté mushrooms and garlic in melted butter until tender. Add Ready Pac® Diced Red Onions and sauté one minute longer. Salt to taste. Pour sauce over meat; top with onion mixture. Garnish with chopped parsley
