- 1 bag Ready Pac Foods® European-Style Salad, any variety
- 3 cups torn, bite-sized, day old French or sourdough bread
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 (8-oz) pkg fresh mozzarella, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/3 cup sliced fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup prepared oil and vinegar dressing
In a large bowl, combine first six ingredients; toss well to coat. Allow to stand at room temperature about 10 minutes. To serve, evenly divide salad greens between six salad plates. Top each plate with 1 cup bread mixture. Serve immediately.
