Chill Out Spinach Salad

Ingredients

Procedure

In a very large salad bowl or a deep straight-sided glass bowl, make a layer of spinach. Sprinkle with 1tsp. of sugar and salt and pepper, to taste. Add layers of eggs, turkey then romaine. Sprinkle with remaining sugar, salt and pepper. Add layers of peas, onion, pepper, and cheese. In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise with sour cream and ranch mix, if desired. Spread mixture over salad to very edges of bowl. Cover dish and refrigerate overnight. Toss before serving.
