Chunky Turkey and Veggie Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 (7-oz) pkg Ready Pac Foods® Diced Red Onions
  • 1 (7-oz) pkg Salad Confetti
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 (1.48-oz) pkt chili seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 (15-oz.) can kidney beans, undrained
  • 1 (14.5-oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • Grated cheddar cheese

Procedure

In large skillet, brown ground turkey. Stir in seasoning packet and water until seasoning is well blended. Add Salad Confetti, 1/2 cup Ready Pac Foods® Diced Red Onions, kidney beans and tomatoes. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes; stir often. To serve, spoon chili into 6 bowls and top each with grated cheddar cheese and remaining diced red onion.
