In a heavy skillet, over medium-high heat, combine 2Tbsp olive oil and sugar, stirring to dissolve. Place pear halves, cut side down, in skillet; cook 5 minutes or until cut side is golden.* Meanwhile, in a large bowl, place Ready Pac Foods® Salad; toss with remaining olive oil and Asiago cheese to lightly coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Evenly divide salad between six salad plates; top each plate with one pear half, sprinkle each with 1Tbsp pecans. Serve immediately.
