Open Sesame Pan Asian Salad

Ingredients

  • 1(1lb.)pkg. Ready Pac Foods® Coleslaw
  • 1(1 1/2 -2 lb.) rotisserie chicken
  • 2 1/4 cups Oriental vinaigrette salad dressing
  • 2(3-oz.)pkgs. uncooked ramen noodles, broken into 1-inch pieces*
  • 1 1/4 cups cashew pieces
  • 1(8-oz.)can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 3/4 cup sliced green onions

Procedure

In large bowl, place Ready Pac Foods® Coleslaw; set aside. Remove skin, debone and shred chicken. Add chicken and remaining ingredients to salad; tossing well to combine. Cover; chill 1 hour.
