Healthy Hack – Asian “Stir Fry” Slaw

The best thing about this hack?  This dish provides the perfect canvas that you can make your own with the fresh ingredients that you love.  In a wok or large frying pan, brown ground turkey, chicken or beef until completely cooked.  Add cooked rice and one package of Ready Pac® Salad Mix and stir to combine, until warmed through.  Season to taste with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and soy sauce.  Add any of your favorite, colorful veggies to brighten up your delicious work of art!
