On large serving platter, arrange Ready Pac Foods® Organic Salad; set aside. Cut peel and white pith from citrus. Cut between membranes to release segments; set aside. In large skillet, heat butter and oil over medium heat. Add garlic and shrimp, stir-frying until shrimp turn pink, about 4 to 5 minutes. Add citrus segments and lemon juice, stirring gently until heated. Arrange shrimp and citrus on salad; drizzle with pan juices. Serve immediately.
