On large serving platter, arrange Ready Pac Foods® Organic Salad; set aside. Into small bowl, zest of 1 tangerine; set aside. Into small heavy saucepan, squeeze juice from remaining tangerines to total 2 cups; add chopped dill; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer until juice reduces by half; keep warm. In large skillet, heat oil over high heat; sear scallops about 2 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Arrange scallops on salad; drizzle with cooked tangerine mixture. Garnish with reserved zest.
